This is a 7"x11" tape meaning that there is 7" of white and then 11" of red.

Oralite V59 is an air backed High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Film. The advantages of a tape like this is the vivid day time colors and the credit card like feel which offers make it more rugged and tough.
